Silvano Franzi Silvano Franzi nasce a Verbania, il 14 Gennaio del 1945. All'etą di 23 anni esordisce come semplice fotoamatore, ma ben presto la fotografia diviene per lui una vera e propria scelta professionale. Il suo lavoro nasce dal grande interesse per l'elaborazione dell'immagine e gli effetti grafici.
